Problems of professional motivation and employment of medical students in Tatarstan

Based on the sociological analysis results of the survey of employment strategies in graduate students of universities and colleges, interns, residents medical educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan, show the main factors influencing the choice of medical specialty, hopes and expectations of students for the future place of work, consider installing a change in profession, reasons for leaving young professionals from the health care industry.
